Mr. Strickland's has over 20 years experience as both an entrepreneur and executive in the utility and high tech industries. During his career, he has developed an impressive resume that includes experience in opening strategic markets, program and project management, construction management, information technology and consulting.

Prior to joining TBW Solutions in 2005, he served as Vice President Sales and Marketing of CompeteNet where he was responsible for all sales, marketing and consulting activities to the company's utility, technology and financial customers. Prior to that he was the Director of Emerging and Strategic markets at Avatech Solutions where he established and directed a team of IT professionals responsible for all aspects of implementing GIS technology for their telecommunications and utility customers.

In his current position of Vice President - Energy, he has P&L responsibility for the company's energy services division and is responsible for business development, strategic direction and day to day tactical operations. He is a recognized industry expert in both Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Automated Meter Reading (AMR)/Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployments and consulting services.

He holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and currently resides in the Atlanta area with his family.
