Ms. Smith has almost 20 years of experience in telecommunications outside plant engineering and design and drafting. From her first job in the industry in 1991 as a manual drafter till today, Tonya has focused on providing the highest level of customer support. Ms. Smith's strengths include OSP Engineering and Design, FTTx, GIS, manual and electronic Drafting, Field Notes, Data Conversion and Project Management. Since joining TBW Solutions in February, 2002, Tonya has taken a lead role in expanding the company's FTTx business with leading wireline customers including Verizon and AT&T.
Ms. Smith has overall responsibility for the division including profit and loss, strategic direction and tactical implementation. She attended Kennesaw State College in Kennesaw, GA.
